- Size: each balloon measures 12 inches when inflated.
- Set of 5 (12 inch) transparent balloons, blue confetti balls
- Balloon arrives uninflated. Inflate with helium to make it fun and festive or alternatively use a balloon air inflator (hand pump).
- Fill with helium at your local grocery store or using a personal helium tank.
*TIP: To help confetti stick to sides of balloon, rub confetti balloons onto clothes to create static.
*WARNING: Balloons can be a choking hazard! Always keep uninflated balloons away from children and discard broken balloons at once.

Returned items must be un-used, un-opened and in its original packaging, and be in the same condition in which they were received. Opened or used items are non-refundable.
