What if a product is out of stock? When will it be available?

We try to anticipate demand as best as possible. However, sometimes certain items sell out quickly. Contact us at info@boomboomparty.co.za so we can let you know when it's expected to be back in stock.

Can I order more quantities to accommodate my guest count?

Of course, all items can be bought individually! Feel free to add a la carte items to your cart based on your guest number.

What happens if you run out of stock of an item I’ve already ordered?

We make every effort to ensure our inventory is accurate to avoid this happening but in rare cases when an item runs out of stock after your order is placed, we’ll contact you ASAP. If we don’t get a response from you within 2 business days, we will issue a refund of the out-of-stock item(s) and go ahead and ship the rest of the items, in order to avoid shipping delays.

Can you deliver my balloons with helium?

All balloons arrive uninflated. They can be filled with helium at your local party store.

What is the best way to fill my balloon and how long before the party do you recommend I set up?
