Can I cancel my order?

Please contact us ASAP for order cancellation. If your order has not been fulfilled, most of the time, we can cancel your order. However, if an order has been processed/fulfilled, unfortunately we can no longer cancel it and you'll need to initiate a return. Read below for more detail about returns.

Can I return my product?

We love all the products that we carry, and we hope you do, too! However, if you aren’t completely satisfied with your product(s), received the wrong item(s), or the order arrived damaged or with missing pieces, please contact us within 7 business days of the shipment delivery date and request a return. Returns received past the allowable date or containing ineligible items will not be refunded.

Returned items must be un-used, un-opened and in its original packaging, and be in the same condition in which they were received. Opened or used items are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping costs will not be refunded. 

How do I begin the return process?

To initiate a return, please visit this link (https://shopify.com/70538723634/account) and select 'Request Return'. This way we'll have all your info and personal details at the ready to approve and process your return.

You'll first receive a notification letting you know we've received your return request and then, should your return be approved, we'll send you a collection waybill to collect the items you wish to return. Assuming the products are in their original form, we'll refund your order to the original method of payment within approximately 1-3 business days.

Should your return request be denied, you will also receive a notification explaining why.

If you can't see your order in your customer account, make sure you login using the same email address that you used to place your order.

Exceptions

  • We do not offer refunds or returns on perishables or balloons.
  • Sale items are not refundable.
